The Warriors at Faith on Fire International Camporee
August 12 ~ Pin Traders, Undefeated Basketball,
Zoo and Air Show
Winter Haven's Warrior Pathfinder Club in Oshkosh, Wisconsin
Thursday dawned with the promise of better weather and sunny skies. A little hot chocolate, a great breakfast and eager anticipation got all the Pathfinders, family and staff going even thouh the early temperatures were only 53 degrees. The four-man (they use one as a substitute) basketball team, Francois Crawford, Jc Lynch, Angel Rodriquez and Marlin Brown have won six straight games and are the only undefeated team in competition. Sky-walkers, acrobats and a variety of skilled manuvers made a great show. Many venders are short on supplies of sweat shirts, jackets, etc. Some went to the zoo for an enjoyable afternoon. Big feature -- today is on our great pin traders. We wanted you to see some of Winter Haven's best traders! Keep it up, everyone!
