Winter Concert Series Features Tennessee Music Man, Joe Pearles
Winter Haven Seventh-day Adventist Church
January 31, 2004 -- 6:00 P.M.
Someone once said that the longest journey in life begins with a single step. Joe’s journey began more than four decades ago when as a teenager he picked up a guitar and began to sing the songs he loved in a little town in Central California. He sang at church, at school, at parties and at small gatherings with his friends. Today his witness for the Lord is described as, "Easy Listening Gospel with a touch of country." The Winter Haven church family showed their love for Great Music as Pearles concert touched many hearts Saturday night, January 13.

What began, in weekend visits to local area churches with his family, became a full-time ministry and was just that, ministry in music, at our church concert. Joe has shared his musical talents with large and small congregations representing numerous denominations as well as those with no denominational affiliation, but love the Lord. He has sung wherever people are gathered to praise their maker; state fairs, camp meetings and convocations throughout the US and Canada. Here are more of the highlights of our concert.
Contact the Pastor for information on how to be involved in these or other ministries of the church, or to book a concert date, or for Special Prayer.
